Off-roaders occasionally run into fog or foul weather,
so the SDB-120HB uses a Free Curve reflector design that
precisely place reflection points to achieve the light
cut-off necessary for seeing into the distance. This design
also lets the 55-watt bulb produce the equivalent light
of an 80-watt bulb.
Low quality fog lights will display a beam pattern with "hot" spots,
creating glare and poor visibility. Warn SDB-120HB lights
have even illumination with a white light.
Foul weather means foul conditions. So the SDB-120HB seals out water
with rubber seals made of heat and weather resistant EPT
material. The hardened glass outer lens is protected by
a stone guard and the body is light-weight durable aluminum.
The lamp illumination angle can be adjusted to 15 degrees
up or down to fine-tune the light pattern. Compact, easily
mounted control switch includes relay control feature
and LED illumination when lamps are in use.
